Personaliized n very knowledgeable service. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here. When an obliging staff member cuts a screw to yr imperial measurement needs, you know they really care about their customers.

I had an issue with my door lock, that I had snap off the key in the lock. My endeavours to remove the broken key resulted in dropping the barrel and all the pins and springs fell out. I brought all the pieces and lock to MGM and explained the situation. The 2 gents there were able to confirm that it was an easy fix to rebuild the barrel with new springs and refit the pins. This was done with a quick turn around and 2 new replacement keys cut. I am grateful for their assistance today and fixing the lock for me. The staff there have always been great to deal with and worth a visit. Thanks again Guys.

I've wandered into Home hardware on Union Road many times over the last few years. The projects and problems have been completely random, but the team are always able to help me get it sorted. I love the way that they adjust their approach depending on how handy you are. No judgement, just genuine help. Keys cut here are always smooth, the paint is perfectly matched, and the advice is spot on. Worth travelling to.

The owner was so kind, he went out of his way to drop off a screw that was missing from the initial delivery on the same day. Excellent customer service with a genuine care to make sure I was happy! Highly recommend!

I've had multiple positive experiences at this hardware store. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and always eager to help. Their friendly service makes every visit enjoyable. I've purchased from them several times, and each time, I've been impressed with the level of service they provide. I had a key cut that didn't fit quite right. However, when I brought it back, they were more than happy to recut it and rectify the issue promptly. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service and commitment to customer satisfaction.

These guys provide good old fashioned customer service. Very informative and knowledgeable, unlike to big warehouse. I like the personalisation. And they are awesome locksmiths

Best little hardware store. I have been going here for years. I always get served within a minute of walking in and the guys give me advice on how to do things. I have found them on par with the big green shop on price if not cheaper. Would recommend to everyone.
